Program running instructions

RAmiRNA-p

To execute the file in the Linux terminal, type "./RAmiRNA-p -id ". It is important to note that miRNA.str file downloaded from current version of miRBase database should be present in the same directory.
For example-: ./RAmiRNA-p -id hiv

RAmiRNA-n

To execute the file in the Linux terminal, type "./RAmiRNA-n -id -w -j ". It is important to note that miRNA.str file downloaded from current version of miRBase database should be present in the same directory.
For example-: ./RAmiRNA-n -id hiv -w 22 -j 2

RAmiRNA-t

To execute the file in the Linux terminal, type "./RAmiRNA-t -p ". It is important to note that this path is that of a compiled LibSVM to a local directory and also that two files generated from RAmiRNA-p (named "pos") and RAmiRNA-n (named "neg") should be present in the same directory.
For example-: ./RAmiRNA-t -p /home/pathtoLibSVM

RAmiRNA-g

To execute the file in the Linux terminal, type "./RAmiRNA-g -w -j -p ". It is important to note that a test file with an extension ".ramm" should be present in the same directory.
For example-: ./RAmiRNA-g -w 22 -j 2 -p /home/pathtoLibSVM
